Everyone here is real and easy to work with. Definitely small town energy from this national franchise. I was with another insurance company and I just wasn't getting what I needed so I went to ALL STATE..They have been there for me ..I can call and if no one answered, they quickly call back, I can go in and they drop everything just to help me...I'm 54 yrs old and I've been with a few agencies, but All State has been the best...Thank you guys so much for showing me that I can depend on you to be there at anytime...

I purchased basic car insurance over the phone. They were helpful and thorough saved me $15 mo over direct auto with Esurance. When l had a difficult time downloading app and printing card they were very helpful. Also helped turn off drive tracking safety features.

I’ve had AllState since I branched off from my parents car insurance at 19 years old and through moves between two different states. I’ve enjoyed working with John Shepherd’s office the most! They know my name when I call in with my constant flow of questions, Kenia is always patient and happy to help me.
