My credit was once at 480 I was stuck with high debt, high interest, I did not know what to do so I was looking a local credit repair company it was not easy. When I came across Jones Financial I felt right at home. I was connected with Terry he did not judge, look down on me but stated yes I indeed had a lot of stuff in my credit however he assured me not to worry but to trust the process I had over $30,000 that I owed he was able to remove all the negative items like it never happened. I gave him a hug today I just got qualified for a home all thanks to Jones Financial my score today is 780 I’m telling you I’m very happy. I highly recommend Jones Financial Credit I urge you be patience in the process of it all and it will pay off. Seriously thank you Terry… I usually don’t cry but I’m very happy. My family is grateful I give a 10 star.

If i could give Jones Credit Repair 0 stars i would i had a terrible experience with him i hired him for his services january 2024 and since then my credit score its exactly the same. I call him he doesnt respond, i text him dosent respond either..i text him telling him i want to cancel and he is still charging the monthly payment from my debit card. At this point i dont know what to do! I am very dissapointed. He said he would fix my credit in 6 to 8 months its been 12 months and its exactly the same..Terry if you see this please stop charging my debit card!

I recently engaged Terry's services to help improve my credit score, but unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. My wife and I paid for his services up front, yet after six months, my credit score remains unchanged. Despite following all of his instructions diligently, it became clear that Terry was not fulfilling his part of the agreement.
Terry frequently avoided my calls and emails, often claiming that my messages were going to spam—a dubious excuse that became increasingly frustrating. When I finally managed to speak with him, he failed to provide a clear explanation of the work he had done and instead spoke in vague terms. It became evident that he was trying to take credit for efforts and progress that I had made independently, as he had not been responsive to my attempts to contact him.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Terry's services. The lack of effective communication and tangible results makes it clear that he did not deliver the service we paid for. I suggest exploring other options if you are seeking reliable credit improvement assistance.

Jones financial repair company has to be the most caring and helpful company ever. Terry Jones is the most humble, caring, professional i have ever worked with. He helped me remove an old collections account and fix my credit. Even with my many panic attacks and my many questions and concerns, he continued to reassure me and update me. Finally after all his hard work, it was removed. He is a saint who saves people from themselves without making them feel little or stupid. Best decision I made was asking him for help. The results are worth the patience required for something like this. He’s definitely someone I would go to again for financial advice and assistance.

Terry is such a wonderful chief credit officer, one thing I liked about him he has a big heart, he is very patient and very professional, he has a great customer service , he had so much patience that you will never be disappointed with the process, all you have to do is just believe on his work! He really went out of his way to counsel me in what to do to repair my credit!
