If you guys are looking for a car insurance this is the place to be!!! And you guys need to go to someone specific. That specific person is Michelle…she is the best! She helped me with getting my car insurance!! Even though i had a million of questions, she was so patient with me and answered everything! We all know insurances now a days are very expensive but she helped me get something that met my expectations!! She made me so many quotes and not once did she complain or was rude. She was sweet, kind, and awesome. I suggest you get insurance with state farm and get your quotes with Michelle. If you are her manager or supervisor please give her a raise!! 🙂

Just here to share with people reading this wondering if you should reach out to this location for insurance services, DEFINITELY yes!! I have had so many cars over course of years and I have never had such trustworthy experience with anywhere else. Once again State Farm and Carolina came thru for me. I was having difficulties making my insurance payment and was avoiding calls. Those calls ended up being let us help you. They saved my policy from lapsing and did everything to save me from having to search for new insurance. Carolina was a god send. The rest of the girls in the office are also awesome. Good afternoon, I do not recommend this insurance company to specifically clarify Maria the agent in the office had a horrible, horrendous, unexplained, unacceptable experience with my mom, as a son of a mother I would never ever accept this type of disrespect aimed at my mother. I do hope Jose Ramos selects the correct, qualified customer service team for a near future. We are making a complaint with State Farm and a change of agent. I hope no one experiences this type mistreatment as a customer of states farm
