Without a doubt- 5 star rating. The scheduling was easy and convenient. Ernie prepared our taxes, he was very thorough and detailed, he was in no hurry and was open to answer any questions we had. Never have I ever had my taxes explained like this. I’m thankful Ernie helped us. By far the best tax service I’ve ever had.

Had been doing taxes here for a while. Always so professional and courteous. Last year my taxes were put on hold due to an error Juanitas Income tax did. When I called, there would be no answer. I left multiple voicemails to try and figure out what was going on. It wasn’t until I mentioned in my voicemail that I would gladly show up to straighten this out and provide proper documentations if needed is when they picked up. They then proceed to tell me that it was no longer their issue and to call the IRS, I showed up either way and they said they couldn’t find what the issue was and proceeded to direct me to a totally different agency that is free to the public to help me out. After that I never heard from Juanita’s Income tax. I however heard back from the agency they directed me to, and they proceeded to tell me that the people who did my taxes filed them incorrectly and pointed out where the mistake was. It was very disappointing finding out that I wasn't going receive my taxes until September due to Juanita’s income tax filing it wrong and not taking accountability for a mistake that could’ve been fixed a lot sooner. Will not be going there this year for obvious reasons, for some people it’s not that easy to come up with the service fee they are requesting. I didn’t know this , but you can report tax places.

Had been doing taxes here for 10+years, with the exception of last year. Would give no stars if possible.

Dropped off documents last week, with wife dropping off additional forms the following day. She was told our file was at the "top" of the pile. Called yesterday and was informed that they were just getting to the drop offs from the beginning of February. Priority is given to appointments, then walk-ins, and drop offs are worked in between. Receptionist could not provide an estimate for when they might get to it. Left number and was told I would be called by the end of the day to get a status update and that if a call wasn't received, to try back the next day.

Wife tried calling all day today and left a message. No answer or return call. Upon arriving had to wait in lobby, as no receptionist was present. Once I explained the situation, had to wait even longer because a client was in the office where the documents were.

Zero accountability and no apology was given for the terrible service. Take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated with decency and respect.

Been a customer for a long time, it’s been an easy visit in and out during tax season. Communication has been great even when we’re out of the country and was able to process return on time each time.

IRS said you guy's didn't file my taxes, I wish I would of known of the fraud background history yall had, and to top it off no answer or call back

I coming 2 days but office still open when I check on online but when I come here office is close
