All the phone reps I've dealt with like Lisa and Giselle are super helpful and can help answer questions when they can. Five stars there! However, a month prior to today's call I needed a new policy for car purchase. I called and emailed at 10:30 am, I needed the policy by 7pm- plenty of time. No one handling the phone could start a new policy for me because for some reason I need to speak to Tania. I emailed Tania at 10:30 and no response except a call a couple days later... Bummer, I have two policies with them and now I'm stuck with car insurance at another place. Unfortunate too that Statefarm doesn't let you start a new policy via general support number either.

Called to make a change to our policies, it went very smoothly. In addition to serving that need, Lisa did a quick review of our existing policies and uncovered an additional discount we were not receiving. I called because I had a few questions and concerns about my billing. A lady answered so politely and helped me out with my concerns and made me feel at ease explained every detail about my bill and was very patient with me although I had called with frustration. Richelle was so helpful and quick to fix the issue I was having. It’s so nice to call Julia Johnson’s office and speak to a person without having to go through those horrid automated phone trees. The office has always been so pleasant and efficient with any questions I have. I highly recommend!
