They are the best I never had a problem with my papers, Kathy is nice and very professional

If I could give them less than one star, I would. I went to file my taxes and gave her the current bank account number for a direct deposit. My state return was deposited no problem. Federal on the other hand, somehow was messed up because she didn’t update the current account number. When we were reviewing it, I told her that it was the wrong account, gave her (again) the updated account number, and was told “oh no problem I’ll change that real quick.” Turns out it was a problem because I filed them in mid March and still haven’t gotten them back and it is almost September. When I called to ask if anything can be done, they were unwilling to help.

Wow this agency is inept and irresponsible. I unfortunately had the owner file a tax return I told her not to file until I resolved an issue. She filed the tax return anyway without my permission!!!!!! So she tells me well what do you want me to do. Then I asked her. Why haven't I heard about my 2 other returns you were supposed to file. She said I don't know. That's incredibly inept and irresponsible. I payed for a device and got screwed!! Now I have to find an attorney to undo what this women did. Stay away from this agency unless you want to loose money.Ttthis is a follow up from yesterday. I contacted the IRS.They said they never received my 2020 tax return from this agency. Guess what she sent the wrong years. She never filed 2020. I left a message on her phone.lets she if she does the right thing.i will keep everyone abreast of this issue
