Katherine is the best agent my wife and I have ever worked with. Even though she was helping us sell a small, low-value, undeveloped piece of land, she treated us as is if we were selling a million-dollar home. She communicated often and directly, and when things became difficult, Katherine offered professional advice and even offered to confer with outside assistance. We have been working with Katherine since 2019. She has sold 2 houses for us and helped us buy one. She is super responsive and makes you feel like you are her number one client. She has helped us make a lot of money. She is also fun to work with. I wish I could find another agent like her, but she will be hard to top. We moved to Arizona. Katherine is absolutely amazing! When it comes to responsive agents who will be available and give their all to getting you the house of your dreams she's the one. I've recommended her to everyone i know that is looking for a house and will be using her the next time i buy and sell.
