Lydia and Shawna have always been great! Both helped me through some difficult times when family was killed in a car accident and when my son moved away out of state for a year. Spoke to Kathy for the first time in 7 years today and she is an AWFUL person!! She spoke to me like I was a nuisance and not a valued customer. I love State Farm and the women that work for her. Still undecided if I want to stay with her as my agent.

My fiancé, has had issues with Kathy on multiple accounts. Never returns calls, continues to withdrawal from account even though you have switched agents, writes fraudulent checks that bounce when she claims to be trying to get you your money back. Also, when the checks bounce she leaves it your responsibility to contact the bank to see what happened and when you try to get back to Kathy because the bank needs to speak to her, she disappears and never answers or returns calls. It has been about 6 month and he has yet to be refunded his money.

I had an electrical main box burn up and they kept telling me it wasn't covered due to it not damaging my house. She kept telling me I had a high deductible. She didn't want to put in a claim due to the high deductible and it may not be covered! It did affect my house as there was no AC or electricity for 2 weeks! In the middle of summer. Not happy with them
