Several years ago, my son mentioned to a running partner that his 70-year-old retired professor mother had a rent house that she no longer wanted to make needed repairs on or manage. His friend told him about DSTs and suggested I contact Alex at Kay Properties. Two years later and now the property has been sold and I’ve acquired a DST and expect to start receiving income soon. A perfect solution for me! Alex and Nick have been great in patiently educating me about DSTs, helping me define my investment strategies, risk tolerance and timeline. They narrowed down options that would work best for me. As I procrastinated selling my property, Nick gently contacted me weekly for an update on the sale.
