Monica Stephenson her assistant provided top rate service, support, and peace of mind during a significantly meaningful time for us. We were given frequent updates, insights, and supportive and patient answers to all our questions.

This is my second loan with KD Capital. The entire team at KD Capital are the best! Very professional, friendly, punctual with documents/timelines, and went above and beyond to make my loan happen. They were always fast to respond to my questions/concerns. This particular loan was real tight on a timeline. They knew what to do, and when to do it. Very quick to respond to e-mails/texts/voicemails, after hours and weekends. Next time another loan comes up, 100% would use them again!
