DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! These people make mistakes and don’t own up to them. They incorrectly entered my information and tripled my rates out of nowhere. When I tried to resolve the issue they were reluctant to own up to their own mistake and you will end up getting SCREWED OVER!!!! Mr.Keens himself has denied to email me my own policy information and refused to answer my questions and even walked away from me because he didn’t want to own up to a mistake that his company made. Liars and cowards. Worst insurance agency I’ve ever seen.
