I was experiencing issues with the State Farm website after their computer maintenance. First, it wouldn't allow me access to the payment section. Then when it did allow me access it wouldn't accept the payment. I called the Kelly Lux office and spoke with Jude Everett. She is awesome! Although she herself was experiencing computer issues she did manage to help me pay the premiums later in the day and sent me email to confirm. She also helped me to link all my policies together so I can see them online. Her customer service was excellent! Appreciated her help!
