Not a convenient location for an insurance agency. Parking is not near. Office on 2nd floor. Part of the Westgate cluster. Took me 20 minutes to find the agency based on where I came into the complex.

When I called for a second claim on a windshield repair less than a week after the first, Julie was so accommodating. I'd thought I would have to pay because of the closeness of the claims. Due to the nature of the damage I thought possibly it was due to the initial repair installation. Julie straight-away called the repair company to verify work completed and arranged for a replacement. I ended up going with the same repair company as they were also so accommodating. Thanks for making this less of a hassle.

Ken and his staff provided my best experience I've ever had shopping and purchasing insurance. Ken was very professional and easy to talk to. He took time to listen to me and explain important details about my policies. He clearly knows his stuff and has a lot of experience. He also worked hard to ensure I got the best rate after I had already committed to buying from him. His staff was very helpful and friendly and they have been prompt in replying to me when I emailed them or had questions.
