Pessimi, non improntati all’ascolto ne alla risoluzione dei problemi ne alla proposta di alternative valide al superamento delle difficoltà. Solo procedure fisse solo risposte senza senso. Meglio rivolgersi a operatori automatici che almeno non hanno capacità intellettuali. Voto zero. Problema non risolto operatrice telefonica non capace di gestire clienti. Rapporti umani inesistenti, ricordandovi che chi denuncia un sinistro ha avuto un disagio e per tutelarsi dal disagio ha pagato una polizza che vi da lo stipendio, sarebbe professionale entrare in empatia con il cliente che non volentieri attiva i sinistri , che già di per se sono solo rotture di scatole!!!! Il vostro lavoro è quello di semplificare e non di dare l’impressione che sia impossibile ottenere ciò che spetta.
A che servono le assicurazioni
Tutti a casa !pessimi! passati 6 mesi e si devono riprodurre tutti i documenti già forniti.
