My self and my wife Terry met with Scott about a year before It was necessary to look at Medicare options and although it was not time to make a decision and purchase he provided all of the information we needed at that time for solid professional guidance. Fast forward when it became time Heather provided all of the details needed to start the Part B application online and when the time was appropriate she contacted us again to set an appointment. On the day of the appointment we met with Scott and we were advised of all of the options and also the best direction for us. We are very pleased with his guidance through this maze they call Medicare. Scott reached out after the meeting as well as Heather to make sure we had received our appropriate identification cards. I would highly recommend Kiefer Insurance and Scott for your needs. Thank-you Scott and Heather!
