As a busy parent, I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free she made the process. She was honest, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about what worked best for me…not just pushing a sale.

This review might sound like a paid response, but it's not. It's from 40+ years of being with this Insurance Agent.

I started with Kim Holland's insurance in 1984 when it was owned by her Father, Mike Mehan. When Mike retired she took over the business and has kept the same long time relationship with us since day 1. Kim has always been there for us not only as a friend but as an advocate for us when our insurance was put to the test. Every couple years we meet and go over our insurance needs and make a changes we feel are necessary. She never pressures us to buy more than we need and at times has suggested to drop a coverage because it was no longer needed. I think what is most impressive is the office staff. I've always believed, if your office staff is happy and friendly and stays with you, than you're doing something right. Every contact I make over the phone is a pleasant big smile greeting. I’ve been with State Farm for many years now and they’ve handled previous claims quickly and efficiently. But recently my car was stolen and considered a total loss.
Kim and her team handled my claim so quickly I was stunned, they gave me clear instruction's and even had me come in to make things easier/faster. Everyone was SO friendly and already knew me by name! It didn’t even feel like I was walking into an insurance office. They were relating to me and reassuring me the entire time, which made every penny I’ve ever spent with them worth it! If you’re looking for an insurance company that will actually take care of your property then I highly recommend Kim and her team, a bit pricey but 100% worth it.

Just had our insurance review. Kim was very helpful going over our policies. She explained pros and cons of different options. She also made sure that our coverage was adequate given the increase in construction costs.
