First off, I need to give a heart filled thank you to the staff at this location. I have been in a tough situation from getting rear ended at a red light at the beginning of May, dealing with my insurance company more specifically. Most of my summer has been complicated and limited to be able to work, and pick up work (my profession is based in hospitality and music, where the majority of the money I make is based in.) I was in a opt out contract with the dealership in order to acquire the replacement I car I had found. I found myself in a tight situation to get my insurances payments, both to my former loan, and my payout for my new replacement car. I was able to work with these wonderful people to get these payments cleared and processed. Anyways, situation aside, at this branch my gratitude must be extended to Ana, Christina, and I believe Stephanie have been SUCH a blessing in the dark time I have been dealing with. If you are look for a branch with Kinecta to deal with, look no further than the Peninsula Branch. Thank you guys!

Rajanee and the staff at Rolling hills estates are exceptional. They provide the best customer sevice! Rajanee was able to process my auto loan application expeditiously. The process was smooth, quick and the rate was way lower than what the dealer could offer. My loan was funded within 2 days.

Excellent customer support— Matt and his team are amazingly responsive, helpful, prompt and professional, providing support one associates with a bygone era of caring, personalized service. The checking accounts even provide emergency, automatic overdraft protection with no surprise fees. The online service is straightforward and well-designed. Very glad we discovered these kind folks!

Rajanee Lloyd and the Palos Verdes team are the best and extremely knowledgeable they got me cheapest loan for auto, kinecta has best rate 2% cheaper than any banks. They got me approved in 5 mins and were able to give me check same day but due to delays from my end for not providing the VIN number on time I got check next day. I can assure you no one can beat their price. Thank you Kinecta and Palos Verdes team. I didn't even had to go more than once.

All of the Customer representatives were extremely patient and considerate during my loan process experience. Edwardo took my information and Matthew the PFA was gracious as he explained the Courtesy Loan available to me. Sara the branch manager, Christina the assistant manager as well as Rajanee have assisted me int this loan process. I have recommended my sister to rejoin Kinecta, since she was a member with her husband and the account was closed when he passed. Kinecta is truly banking done differently!

Where do I start! The customer service here is amazing, Carlos was such great help in refinancing my vehicle and even went out of his way in finding me the best rates! He’s extremely helpful and definitely cares for the customers. Once the refinance process with the vehicle was complete Freddy then offered to give me a quote on pet insurance for my dog as well! Freddy and Carlos went above and beyond!
