Absolutely horrible experience. They charge $2 for a printed report. That's just beginning. They are not there for you. It's all about their comfort and their profit. How this became a credit union is beyond me. I want nothing to do with them. Everything you do has a fee. Look out!

When I entered this branch, it just looked like a Christmas party. Very friendly and welcoming. I was going to resolve some issue, so I had a lot of questions. Selena answered them all in very detail, and also showed me a number of options kindly. I enjoyed the visit and would like to recommend this branch to my friends.

800 number booked me an appointment today with Sydney. Sydney was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Made sure my App was working before I left. Sydney and Kinecta is A plus in my book. Kinecta give this lady a raise. BTW the coffee machine rocks Thanks Kinecta

Delbert was awesome today. Very personable and able to answer all questions and explain everything in detail. Set up my certificate and processed and got approval for a new credit card. Can’t say enough about how excellent he is at his job.
