Don't even try it , i had insurance with them, and when i tried to cancel it , they said i need to pay 700 pounds more just to cancel it, even i was paying everything on time , and had more payed (500 deposit)that i actually used .

What a con, paid annually for car insurance, only for them to take the money straight away and then messaged me to say they would need more details, after giving them more details they asked for an extra £90 pounds. Asked to speak to a manger, said they will contact within 30 days. No one phoned just got a letter saying they will be callcelling my policy. My policy was with sterling insurance who actually turns out to be kinetic insurer

Can’t get hold of them phone lines not working
They are threatening to cancel policy as no proof of NCB when have supplied to them and broker.
Many automated emails.
Avoid I wish I paid a bit more and gone with a company to whom I can contact.

Decide to cancel my insurance policy halfway through because I had business use on my policy. Very nice of them to give me 7 days notice.... Useless.

Paid my policy regular as clockwork and unable to get through to the department I needed with my problem. Waited four times for 20 mins, I will not be renewing with them in the new year, they need more people answering phones and treat their clients with respect
