Tried to work with them, they provided no help. Now when it comes to getting released back in July, they said they would and never did. Now they're saying I owe them money for never writing business with them and if I pay them then they'll release me. Or if I don't I'll have to wait til the end of AEP where they easily screw me from working this season and making money. Not only am I writing a bad review but contacting the carriers to make sure they know what they're doing and how they're doing business.

I had almost the same exact experience as Alexandra (see review below). I am a competent LI Agent, who made the decision to commit to expanding my career into senior supplemental health care options and with Kingdom's very alluring nation wide marketing campaign to "Forget College" and that they had this amazing training program, I was sold and even brought other agents into Kingdom with me. . . "Free leads, best training program, high commissions" All smoke and mirrors!

Notice all of the good reviews are from actual employees, not Agents! The employees may be happy working here, but nobody here is happy helping the agents. There is ZERO training, no programs exist, and I've been waiting for responses to 3-4 emails that have not been answered in about 4 months! There is one actual "trainer" for the company that still has not answered my emails. If he is an Agent himself, why are they expecting him to put up with the demand of training new Agents?

This whole horrible experience has led me to misdirect the only 2 policyholders I sold to, who both happen to be family & loved ones and I will forever feel horrible that their options chosen didn't work out and affected appointments with their needed health care providers. This was purely due to lack of training and any support system from Kingdom! The decision to join Kingdom also affected other agents I was bringing on board, in hopes that this would be a lucrative career path helping others that need our help in our local community. Now I look like the bad guy because I told my colleagues that this company was the answer. We were just stuck in the mud and they didn't even lend a hand.

Overall, this has been a huge mistake and I had to resort to emailing the president, hoping for training, guidance and demanding change. Shame on them for trying to represent God in such an ungodly way. DO BETTER KINGDOM!

They helped me get my L&H but nothing further (a small discount). They provide trash leads and don’t even coach you or give you a script. They will tell you to “google” a script for your calls… This may not be the case for all new people but I feel like I’ve been set up for FAILURE! Especially right at Christmas time and my very first AEP, I have not written one policy. AND let me add they won’t release you and give you the run around and not reply to any messages. Some Christian’s would say this is VERY UNLIKE Jesus.
I would NOT recommend starting out with Kingdom. They offer no help for newbies and don’t really care about your circumstances. Whether you dumped your whole life into licensing or not they do not care. It’s just sad. Now I’m forced to NOT excel after I’ve spent 8 months doing licensing requirements.

The staff members are very friendly and they work hard to get you contracted with some of the best carriers in the game. I am appointed with them to do Medicare Advantage and I have no problem with this company. They help with doing mailer campaign to get lead and the leads are good. I really advice those who plan to work as in agent to treat your position as a business. To become very successful at this you must be willing to invest time and money to purchase mailers, get Ahip certified, and E&O insurance.

When getting started in the insurance, the most important thing is to get in with successful partner's, Not only has the Lewis Family and The Kingdom Group brought me in as part of their family but they gave me all the tools to be a successful agent, but also showed me the business side on how to produce a successful agency! I've never reviewed a business online, but my experience with Kingdom Group Insurance compels me to do it for the first time. As an insurance agent, I cannot recommend that anyone do business with this company.

My story is long and full of nuance, but to over-simplify, I was contracted with Kingdom Group to sell Medicare insurance products. The contract was under false-pretense that I would be allowed to recruit and grow my agency. When I began adding agents I contracted them under Kingdom Group, but they refused to give me an agency contract. I had to stop selling, ask my agents to stop selling, and wait 6 months to get my contracts away from them.

This unethical behavior went unpunished for them, but it cost me contracts, agents, and opportunities. I was the little guy that they stepped on hard. Learn from my mistakes and move on to another FMO. There are a lot of very good people in the business. Choose an FMO led by one of them and not Nick Lewis.

Awesome bunch of folks! They always return phone calls and they do whatever it takes to get answers. For example, had a potential enrollment and called from enrollees living room. He had ESRD and so I thought I was at a dead end. Found out there are 4 stages to ESRD. MA plans will take a stage 1 or 2. KG found the answer in about 10 minutes and called me back. They go the extra mile!
