Terrible terrible terrible group to deal with. A guy with this insurance hit me and they keep dodging my calls and keep giving BS excuses. If you happen to fall in my situation, I feel bad for you. These guys will lead you on a wild goose chase to even get in touch with ONE LIVING PERSON AND NOT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL! Stop accepting people with salvage cars if you can’t pay out!! You know they’re liable for a reason!!!!!

This insurance company uses a third party by the name of nars risk services to process claims. My home was burglarized last year in August. I lost everything I worked hard to get. Instead of settling my claim they have had me under investigation for months. I met with a private investigator last year in November. We are now in March I’m scheduled to meet with a different person to be recorded under oath! I paid my insurance faithfully why am I having such a hard time? Samantha Barnes is the claim adjuster for NARS she’s very inconsistent and very rude! She doesn’t return calls or emails! I will be making a claim with the insurance commissioner about this company and NARS! Avoid this company they lie and will do anything to not pay the insured!

Horrible insurance company to work with! Adjuster Anastasia Bateman will not give you a call back for the Life of her. It’s been almost 1 year since I got hit by their insured who was 100% at fault and not one single call from her. Nobody answers their phone not even on the main phone line. Adjuster Angelic Cortes made me take my car to the shop and now they don’t want to pay for it, saying they’re still investigating and making me pay out of pocket. Supervisor Lorena Diaz will not call back or either hang up on you.

Going on 3 and a half months and company will not pay for simple accident in which I was rear ended by their customer. They use a third party claims administrator by the name of Bridger insurance who they assigned a claims representative who will not return our calls and apparently is using his girlfriend's phone number. Top class business. This should be illegal.
