I called Knox General Insurance Brokers this morning- the people are rude and disrespectful. They hung up on me without knowing the nature of the call-very rude and uncalled for. Next time you should let people finish talking before you cut them off or hang up on them, it's unprofessional. I called twice and experienced this situation with two different staff. Regardless of the situation, you should let people finish speaking. I'm sure this is a great company. I grew up in Orange California off of Glassell. I hope this will get the staff up to date on RESPECT!!!!
