You all are the rudest people. I do not understand how you can treat people like they are incompetent. I called to make arrangements with them and the lady that answered my call was being such a snob over a question. I try not to be rude but man she almost brought that out of me. Some of the ladies there need to go find something that makes them happy since clearly it’s not office work for landmark. You guys deserve 0/5 stars because it’s always the same rude attitude from you guys. Don’t work with people if you don’t like answering questions or helping someone out. Point blank.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not only did we apply for a rental home that isn’t even and hasn’t been available to rent for years (found out through the owner of Redeemed’s properties friend) but, I also couldn’t ever get a return call from anyone in the office. I was only ever able to speak to the receptionist and LARRY had her call and do his dirty work for him, when letting me know that he was not willing to work with me, as their website suggests they will, if a co-signer or double deposit or etc. is needed.
Bottom line, I left a voicemail to ask if this was a scam and if we were just cheated out of our rental application fees. The answer is YES. Larry isn’t willing to work with us, but the receptionist says our applications remain on file for 3 months. Gee thanks. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE.

I have rented from them for the past 8+ years (since before Landmark took over) and they have been great to me since day one! I have never had an issue with them and love having them as my landlord! Maintenance is always on point and are there the next day to fix the issue. I highly recommend them 100%! Thank you Landmark Management 😊

We rented from Landmark Management for a year. As you all know it can be stressful moving. Especially when you’ve never been to the area you are moving to and when you are moving from out of state. Management made the arrangements and waited a month for us to move in. Larry was very professional, helpful and patient with my in-laws since they’re the ones that went to see the unit for us. My in-laws live 3 hours from Yakima. Larry was very cooperative, patient and flexible with us over the phone and with my in-laws in programming appointment times to view the apartments. When we arrived to Yakima, signing all of the paperwork went very smooth with Larry, which we appreciate because we were exhausted from driving about 26 hours. Amy was very patient and kind in helping us out over the phone when we filled out the application on-line since we are not very computer savvy. She is always very helpful with any questions we may have. When the COVID-19 pandemic started and I lost my job she was very informative with questions we had. Clayton was also very kind and prompt in arranging for things to get fixed. Any issues that came up during our stay were fixed promptly. Thank you Landmark Management Team for EVERYTHING!

My husband and I lived at The Oaks Apartments for about two years. The Oaks Apartments are managed by Landmark. The rent was too high for a one bedroom. The last month we lived at The Oaks, our rent was raised illegally with no noticed at all. Then when we moved out, we deep cleaned out apartment with our in laws help. Then two months later we did not get any of our deposit back and owed $75. We asked for a breakdown of what we owed and Landmark told us they decided to replace the blinds instead of cleaning them when a replacement was not necessary. Landmark reached out to us and said replacing blinds were policy no matter what, but there was nothing in our lease that stated that. They also over charged us for the hours put in by the repair guy. They claimed they charged us $35 an hour for the repair guy but the rate was much higher than that. The repair prices listed on the lease were NOT accurate at all. Then the apartment manager accused is of having a cat when we had no pets at all and I am allergic to cats. The parking lot was not big enough for the amount of cars and visitors. Do NOT move into these apartments. If you are a good renter, they will find a way to ding you. Landmark just wants your money.

I have rented through Landmark Management for many years now and I can not even begin to explain how thankful I am for that. Anytime I have had any kind of issue about anything- something broke, something wasn't working correctly, etc., I was always able to speak to one of the wonder ladies in the office right away- who not only listen to my concerns with care and but act immediately to find a solution. The woman in the office and the men who come out have absolutely become more like family than just people from a rental company. They are always polite, respectful, and genuinely care. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

I have been renting through landmark for almost 2 years now and have rented through them in the past. Amy B has always been super helpful. When there’s maintenance issues they are seen to rather quickly, most times even the same day, although it’s wasn’t urgent issue. And she always follows up to make sure things are working smoothly. Quality customer service!
