This group of women at Landmark Title in Prescott AZ are unstoppable! Tiffanie, is determined to do what it takes to get to the finish line and timely, every time regardless of what I send her! Her assistant Haylee, front and center, always reassuring and comforting to my clients without fail! I recently had an escrow opened with a title company that I have many years of experience with. About half way through the process they found out that they were not able to issue title insurance on the property. At that time they reached out to a variety of other companies in town to see if any could be of service. Unfortunately, none could. I called Landmark Title and spoke with Tiffanie Marrero. She asked that I share the docs with her and took charge of the situation straight away. Within 24 hours she was able to solve the issue that had kept the other companies from being able to help. She got our transaction on a fast track and we closed escrow only 2 weeks later. My thanks go out to Tiffanie and Landmark!

Be Careful…worse closing of all the homes that I have purchased & sold(12 to be exact) the docs were not done properly which made it a little unorganized in trying to get the check made out to the proper name of the sellers…I went to pick up the the check at there office and it was short $750… so I asked Angie why and all she said was it was an estimate and I said what does that mean and she said you signed the paperwork and it wasn’t a final settlement but an estimate. But no explanation about what the money was from. Later on I found out it was the home warranty that we promised the buyers. So I will put them in my contacts as “don’t use”.
PS. When Angie came out of her office to answer my question the first thing she said was “don’t yell at me”…before I mentioned anything. Cliff & Clare David
