I have been trying to get in touch with Robert S since he took my tax information last May. I was excited he was going to help me file back taxes. Instead nothing done and no response. I just want my information back. My friends recommended him and was great to start. Funny no response from him to my emails, texts calls but my friend was able to schedule apt.

Finally got him to pick up today .. said he would call back but didn’t. I’m not shocked! All texts never read since last May and emails now being rejected

As a former military guy, I expected better. I’m a military widow and feel like I got taken advantage of. I just want info back to love on. Paying fees , etc thanks to him . Will be figuring out how to move forward by talking to appropriate outside help.

Got my taxes done here for a few years, last year the tax preparer made a mistake that resulted in me being audited. Ignored my phone calls and texts, had to hire a tax attorney to fix the issue. Mistakes happen, but would have been helpful is I got a call back

I've tried to contact the office directly to speak to someone but you can't leave a voicemail and nobody answers. My husband and I went to get our taxes done and were beyond disappointed with not only the cleanliness of the office but the person that helped us. We were seated with Derek and right away we knew something was wrong. He couldn't get our names right, spelling, DOB or socials right. The honest truth was he was under the influence of a substance. To say the least he was a hot mess. I am beyond sad for this company that they allow this behavior's and trust someone to do some ones taxes. My husband and I got and walked out. I would not recommend this place.

They are experienced in taxes but after tax season it's hard to reach them if you have a problem or questions about your refund. This is the 2nd tax year I have an issue and mailbox is always full.
