WOW WOW & WOWER, Agent Maria Gonzalez quoted me a Flood Policy via the National Flood Insurance Program/FEMA in less than 5 mins and bound it with a simple CC over the phone. Friends in Florida have been severely impacted by Storm/Hurricane Debbie and for under the cost of a fancy dinner/night out here in NYC I would have been crazy not to have it and have my home properly and securely protected. The process was easy, seamless and she was oh so knowledgeable. I've already recommended two friends do the same already and she told me I would get an amazon gift card via txt just for them calling in for the quote, not even buying. I am a customer the representative is the key to solving an issue/problem. I encountered an issue with my policy that went unnoticed. The issue would’ve jeopardize my policy. The representative assigned to my case was Ms Gilliam. She patiently answered and responded to all my questions. She took the time to reassured me that she was going to follow up underwriting and provide updates as it becomes available to her. I was inundated with emails and follow up’s calls. This may come across as simply but when you have such a problem. It can make you feel uneasy and uncomfortable. Thanks to Ms Gilliam support.
