I just had the most wonderful interaction with Sherry S.! I understand about difficulties with calling in, however, Sherry was extremely helpful and patient with me as she educated me on how to navigate my policy. I wish we could duplicate her a million times over!

Impossible to reach by phone. Our policies were transferred here when our old agent retired. The ONLY way I have been able to reach this agency is to get in the car and drive to their office. It is very annoying and after SEVEN attempts to reach the agency--calling 3 different locations--I will be shopping for a new agent!
