Scammers. The amount of times I’ve made a payment and had to pay it again in one month because apparently they “return” my payment due to insufficient funds. But i never see this “returned” payment. Even my bank. Holyoke credit union has even told me the money has been taken and not returned to my bank. On more than 1 occasion. And these people insist that my payment hasn’t been received or it’s returned. I’ve lost at least a thousand dollars in overpay. And i am not the only one
