I want to start by saying that I had zero previous knowledge about lawsuits nor of how court matters worked. Legal Services of America (Alaina in particular) fully understood that I'd be working from the point of not knowing anything about the legal system. They patiently worked with me and gave me everything that I needed in order to be successful with my claim. Legal Services helped my buyer get their deposit back due a cancellation request from my buyer after the home inspection. Seller did not want to return the deposit arguing they had already made some repairs, but buyer never requested any repairs. Buyer simply wanted to cancel based on the the home inspection. Inspection Contingency was still valid.
