Chanel at the Ozone Park Location who works at the front desk was Awesome, Knowledgeable, Diligent, with GREAT Customer Service Skills. She is definitely an Asset to the company. I came in Early and left it Early!

The location is clean, and accessible. I love it! The technicians there are Super Friendly, Very Respectful, Accommodating, and Courteous.
There is plenty if parking space available and food in this Mini Mall. My experience was a 5 star one for me!

The staff were nice but they took forever to call us and when they finally did, we had to step out again and wait another 15-20 mins but overall it was good. The staff are super nice and communicated well.

Very nice facility however their scheduling could use help. I had a 12:15 appointment to arrive at 11:45. I was there at 11. I waited and paid and waited finally I was getting a bit aggravated and was told my appointment was 2:15 then 1:15. I finally got taken about 2 pm for a 10 minute MRI. That's all I can say but the staff was fine and professional.... But they make up schedules on their own. Because of the location I would go there again if necessary.

Very nice atmosphere. Everytime I've gone, they were always crowded, yet there's never a long wait! Staff are certainly friendly enough. The place is always clean... no complaints here!

It was very crowded, but the staff moved quickly. The staff was professional and warm. I'm claustrophobic. The radiologist was understanding and supportive. I got through the MRI. I had been to a previous facility and couldn't do it. The staff just shrugged it off. Supportive demeanor made the difference.

Had an appointment last Friday at this location and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Took my mom for a 2pm DEXA scan (bone density scan). Although I completed all of the information online, we arrived at 1:40 PM and I expected to have to do some paperwork. One of the surprising parts was that this was the first time the information I entered online actually got to the place of my appointment I didn’t have to do any paperwork and she printed the forms for me to hand to the technician Being in technology, I should not have been amazed, but this was the first time in all the years of having completed an online form prior to an appointment that the information was there when I arrived! I was so happy. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but to me it was. Another great thing was that the staff was friendly and helpful. I noticed one of them cleaning the handles in the doorways and almost every surface that anyone might touch. They did require masks while inside. There was plenty of seating inside. The place was clean and bright and the overall pleasant experience. They’re located on Atlantic Avenue between 103rd and 104th St. They have a private parking lot. And it’s part of a small shopping strip with a drugstore and Dunkin’ Donuts at the corner.

During the procedure the staff was very helpful & polite. However, the time it takes to get the results is horrible it's been nearly 2 weeks and my doctor still hasn't received the test results. I've suffered extreme pain waiting all this time. I could be dead by the doctor gets them.
