I was a customer for over 30 years as well as the rest of my family. We called left messages and had no response. I had Mapfre insurance. So after I searched around and found Sterling insurance company located in Beverly. They saved me over 600.00 with same insurance, mapfre and have better coverage. Leslie Ray insurance has lack of customer support and service. I recommend looking elsewhere for insurance.
