Not a professional experience, I was dealing with the owner Marnice on an application for multiple rentals, it was extremely difficult to communicate with her, no matter the text or calls she would never return them until the next day or not at all. After taking the application fees she never shown my application to the owners because she thought I didn't give her a correct number after I wrote it on the application and via text. It was two weeks of spotty communication.when I finally confronted her about needing to talk to someone else she responded a week later that the owners wouldnt take dogs. It's frustrating to take an application fee and not show the home owners the application. Felt like a scam through and through even though she's "established".

I’ve had excellent landlord service from Marnice Marshall at LeValley for my small commercial rental in Wasilla as well as our house rental in Big Lake. I was a first time landlord for residential and she walked me through all the dos and don’t of the business. She is a pro and I wouldn’t be a landlord w/out her.

Marnice has managed 2 4-plexes for us over the last 7 years. She is diligent and responsive. Marnice gives good advice and has done an excellent job keep our units rented and ensuring the units are ready for the new tenants. She has been a great advocate for us as owners. She is also responsive to the needs of our tenants and when I have been able to talk with tenants as they move out they have said they were treated respectfully and had good experience with her. That is a difficult role to fill and LeValley has done a good job balancing it. Some of the tenants I’ve spoken to have left their former rental citing the relationship with the property manager as the only reason they moved. I know it’s only one side of the story but it doesn’t seem to be repeated when our tenants have moved. Rates are fair and worth every penny. I confidently recommend LeValley Management Service and specifically Marnice Marshall.

Marnice isn't a sugar coated, she is straight forward and all business. This also means she has no shadiness to her either. Very black n white from the start so you always know what to expect. She is fair though, if you struggle one month and discus it with her she will work with you. If you want an open and straight forward realtor or landlord, she is it.

Prices are a little up there however for the size of the properties plus what's included it's pretty worth it in my opinion
