Scam company saying I got negative info under my name or more than 8 credit inquiries in the last 12 months. Which by the way I’m debt free, stoped using credit for anything usually pay cash for things other than a house.. nice try LexisNexis hopefully nobody will turn around and come back for you on legal terms for false information.. if you made it here most likely you received a paper mail by them with the same info so don’t fall for it..! Companies like this should be shut down immediately

So I was being denied automobile insurance from every company accept one. Progressive told me it was because of info in my LexisNexis report. Requested my report online, failed verification…called up & answered the very same questions they ask me online & passed. Waited for my password to access my online report, it comes in but the password doesn’t work. Was told id get a new password & hard copy of my report in the mail. Never showed up, ordered it again, never showed up. They blamed it on USPS. Spent 5 months trying to access my report, I filed a BBB complaint. Next thing you know I have mail from them showing up & a working password. Now I’m waiting on them to correct inaccurate information in my report. First email they send me is, we can’t verify your identity to fix the inaccuracies. Here we go again! If you’re waiting to access your report, file a BBB complaint…..they have to give you access. It’s against the law if they don’t!

Negative stars, MY issue is still not resolved after 2 years of continuous followup. FAKE COMPANY and employees. They just create case id and forget about it, the customer has to do all the work

I completely agree with giving this a negative rating. The company, formerly known as XpertHR, already had a poor reputation, hovering just above a one-star rating. Since Brightmine (LexusNexus Risk Solutions) acquired XpertHR, they failed to inform their customers about the acquisition, which I find deeply unprofessional. To make matters worse, they are now trying to force me into a renewal contract without any prior communication or consent, which feels extremely shady and unethical.

It’s one thing for a company to have poor customer service, but this takes it to a whole new level of disregard for their customers. Their lack of transparency, combined with the attempt to lock me into a contract under these circumstances, is unacceptable. I plan to make it my mission to expose their awful customer service and the inadequate range of products they offer. This kind of treatment deserves to be called out so others don't fall into the same trap

My auto insurance more than doubled after it was noted an accident was put on my record. I have owned the car for the past two years per the car title and I am disputing the notation which says the accident happened in 2017. To date, Lexis has been very difficult to contact or get a reply. When I finally got a real person he said I needed to provide social security number and a list of identity information. He said it would take at least 30 days to correct. He had an arrogant dismissive short attitude in which he refused to answer even basic questions and said it was primarily my responsibility to correct their mistake and deal with "the run around". I will freeze all my accounts. In summary, really poor service in which I hope to never do business.

This company cannot verify simple information they already have also reports fraudulent information and won't take responsibility for their mistakes. This company needs to be rebuilt from the ground up and all these 4 and 5 star reviews are fake too
