WENDY KICKED ASS!
She was assigned to filling my rental property. She made my life so much easier and it really allowed me to focus on what I needed to focus between work and my personal life. Seeing how this was my second rental property, she helped me understand the process way more where I felt like I was a rental agent myself. I got to see the inner workings, what to look out for, how to handle different aspects of finding well qualified renters. I gotta say her background process is incredible you would think she’s a FBI agent or detective. She did it all, even got her hands dirty to make sure the house was ready to go with issues that came up on the spot prior to inspection. She’s the best! I couldn’t thank her and everybody at Lion’s Gate more for the hardworking and effort. Especially, Wendy! 10/10 would highly recommend and I will 100% be going back to her when I want to buy another property and have it filled.
