Lisa Fryrear and the team have provided great service and have reached out when there is any problem that could lapse my coverage (which is much better than past insurers). Pretty unhappy with my service here. Was insured here for almost two years. At point point, my premium began going up without any changes to my driving history, and I couldn't get anyone to return my calls or emails to give me an explanation. After a few months of this, I ended up cancelling my policy and going elsewhere. In my opinion, overpriced and poor customer service.
