Purchased a new home in October 2023, it was delivered in February of 2024. I was told I have a year from time of C/O to make a punch list and provide it because they would only come out one time to fix things. Well apparently that is not true. It’s only 30 days from closing (per Bridgett) and so nothing in my punch list has been fixed or covered under any type of warranty. 3 out of 4 interior doors are damaged, no icemaker in the fridge, fridge fell in transit and broke door handle, trim on the outside of the house at the peak was never installed so when it rains it’s just goes into the attic, stove and hood vent doesn’t line up(factory issue) trim and flooring issues all through the house will all have to be fixed on my dime. I wake up and regret ever giving them my money but yet they had the biggest smiles on their faces when I brought them 18k dollar check and was stroking my signature on all the paperwork for the house. It has been pure hell with this company and I highly recommend anyone look at a mobile home DONT DO IT!! just build a house. You will be so much happier.

When we bought our home from them we were way over charged for lot improvements, we were promised things that never happened, and some things were not installed properly and they simply will not come back to make right. They get fully paid Long before the job is done and you are really on your own once delivered to your lot. I do not recommend.

We bought a brand new 2023 home in February of 2023. Salesmen and sales process was super simple and nice, everything after has been nothing but a headache. Communicating with the office seems impossible to get anything done. 2 out of 3 bedrooms and both bathrooms had all the can lights go out and it took over two months to have someone come out and now our hot water heater isn’t working properly. Not as upset about the homes problems as I am the inability to communicate or be even somewhat efficient. I’ve found this to be the complete opposite of other mobile home companies around here. Once the sale is made the office truly does not care after that.

Process of picking out a home and getting our financing was amazingly simple. However, We have had nothing but excuses and lies from them since the moment we picked out our mobile home. Had to go as far as getting state inspection out here early to prove our site was ready and still excuses and been waiting for over a month for delivery. They finally delivered our home. Now let's see if they can get it set up in a timely manner.

I purchased a home in October, paid in Cash. It was April before I had skirting and the other finish work completed for the install as well as the repairs that are needed after moving. They were great up to the point of paying them. Once I did that, I couldn't get a phone call returned no matter who I called. Over the last 5 months, I have left approximately 25 messages for various people. I may have gotten 2-3 returned calls. I regret using this dealer and I wish I would've went with their competitor. If you do choose to use this dealer, DO NOT PAY IN FULL until the install and repair work is 100% complete.

Will definitely recommend them! From the sale to set up we have had a wonderful experience with this dealer!
I'm sure that I personally got on John's nerves with my indecisiveness in figuring out which home I wanted lol But he was nonetheless very friendly and helpful!

He took the time to sit with us and explain the whole process from beginning to end once we made our decision on the home we wanted to purchase. He had the expenses figured for set up down to almost the exact penny, so there was no surprise in anything that he told us, and things have gone just the way he explained they would happen.

The crews that have been sent out to set up our home have been very hard working and professional...I am by far impressed with the all the workmanship from them and how they have gone far and above to make sure my home is absolutely perfect before move in!!! It may take a little time before move in day,but for my home to be perfect,well I can absolutely wait!!!

The bank on the other hand is a different story,as we had a lender that must of been new and lots of craziness happened...but John was quick to inform us and help in each situation as it came up....at one point I was ready to give up,but John was such a sweet guy and my biggest cheerleader so to speak that I kept on going!! Was I frustrated? Oh yes,but this was out of the dealers hands so there was no way I could take my frustrations out on them!

Would not recommend this company to anyone. They are full of broken promises and lies. We bought and paid in full in December 2022 and still can’t move in to our top of the line BRYANT home from Clayton homes. We have had nothing but problem and we have paid out of pocket to get work done to just get power and water on. I would not recommend or even think to suggest such a company that only tell lies and gives families broken promises!!!! UNREAL AND UNETHICAL
