I have been dealing with loren and his team in ceres for a VERY long time with the absolute BEST customer service ive had with any of my other bills/accounts. Lorens team has always been available to deal with all my questions and needs with quick reliable responses in a very timely fashion. Adding my teenager and new car purchases was a breeze. Normaly id never waste my time doing a review but there actions and fantastic customer service has warranted me spreading the no hassle/problems relationship theyve built with me over the years. Also cassy is the best to deal with all my insurance needs so loren should take his team out for a nice lunch cause they deserve it !!!
