I was contacted by Loretta Powell after doing an auto quote online. Once I reached out to her office we played phone tag for over a week. She would leave messages stating her hours were 8-5 yet her staff told me she’s not in before 12 or 1 after I had called to speak to her several days in a row before noon. I finally got in touch with her and we discussed some policies. Not only did they put through unauthorized charges for an auto policy I never signed for but it’s taken me several more phone calls to the office, dealing with my bank over fraudulent charges and complete disorganization over 2 weeks to get all the money refunded to my account. I’m happy to say I found much better coverage with another agency. When I explained that to them she asked me to send her the new policy because she couldn’t believe I found a plan $1500 cheaper than she told me I could get. My recommendation, take your business elsewhere! 0 stars
