They were always responsive with Maintenance requests and questions, however be prepared to lose a large portion of your security deposit. They charge unreasonable amount for simple fixes.

Super easy to work with, very willing to answer any and all questions we had as we went through the process of renting a property. The entire staff were more than courteous and helpful getting this done. Highly recommend to any one needing help in renting a home or property. Made it very easy to set up a portal for payments. Responded same day when ever there was an issue for maintenance.

Our water went out and all dale could say was " this is Dale with LRS Maintenance Emergency. I received your message regarding no water for your building. I am sorry, but the breather valve on top of the property water pressure regulator valve broke off and the plumbing vendor is right now looking for the replacement part. Water cannot be restored without that part. If you need water, please go to the grocery store and purchase bottled water.

In the past few years, LRS Kern County has been a reputable and engaging rental management company. We moved to Bakersfield and the staff at the Tehachapi office have been helpful and communicative. Shout out to Chrystle for helping us locate a great place to live, to Dianne and Gail at the office for their willingness and responsiveness to answer all our questions when they arise, and to Dale, who assists us with all of our maintenance requests and repairs. Also, special thanks to Luis and the other repairmen contracted by LRS, as they have been polite and have done a great job. Overall, I’m happy to be working with LRS Realty & Management Kern office during our time residing here in Bakersfield.

Whether it’s a mudslide blocking access to my apartment, a fallen tree or a backed up sink, to work with Dale is to work with an empathetic, calm professional who assumes full responsibility for each step of the repair.
