They have boxes and trucks along with a lot of other items for moving and the related.

Right as you are coming north into town on the left across from the big gas station.

And there is a bus stop there in case you need to do a vehicle drop off or pick up!

Lutz Rental has treated me well overall. I've rented a number of items, from tools to forklift to scaffolding. My only real concern is that (like most rental companies), they cater to contractors and not us general folks. I understand why, but in my opinion if you are a rental company, you should be open when most of us are needing help (weekends). That being said, that's the primary negative. Compared to other rental companies, their selection seems limited, but their service has been very good, competent, and friendly.

rented the excavator, was not told that we needed to pick it up. Used the equipment for 1 hour then it overheated and we waited for about 3 more hours for someone to come put water and coolant in it.

Alex was rude and very short from the time I walked in the door. The saw we rented was a piece of junk and wouldnt cut without stalling. When I let him know that it wasnt working well enough to even complete the task he pretty much told me that I was lying because it worked for the last guy! No apology .He charged me full price for two hours plus a blade fee which came out to $76 . Two hours which was wasted on our job due to poor working equipment. He was very unprofessional and pretty much mocked me. We own a concrete business out of Boise and have jobs in Hailey. We will never be back nor will we refer him. Fyi the blade fee is not included in the hourly rate listed on their website.

Great service helpful with my needs. They explain all of the do's and do nots of rental. Happy to recommend this place to anyone. Definitely better than the other rental place in Hailey.(they need to stick to lumber not rental!!!)
