Bill was our design consultant. He explained in detail what to expect and suggested what he thought was best for our home. He was patient and answered all of our questions. The explanation of what to expect and the details about his company were easily understood. After telling us what the cost would be, he went outside and gave us time to talk privately for however long we needed. The entire presentation, while longer than I expected, was clear. There is no pressure to buy immediately; however, there was a generous discount for same-day purchase.

Ryan was our installer and it was so easy. Honestly, it felt like we had a friend over. When the installation was finished, he went over everything about how to take care of the shower and even offered a few tips on what he does at his house. Five stars all around.

Paula in the office is pleasant to talk with on the phone. She speaks clearly and loudly so you’re not straining to hear her in any type of background noise. Paula keeps you well informed of the status of your order and installation.

This is our first experience in professional remodeling. The process with Lucury Bath is easy, pressure free, and excellent service. I would 100% recommend.

This is for Bill Gorley, senior design consultant for Luxury Bath of Texoma. 4107 McNiel Ave, Wichita Falls, TX 76308 We were very impressed with Bill, he was very professional, showed us so many walk in tubs and showers, he was patient with our questions and answered them with answers that helped us to decide on what we wanted in our bathroom. I liked that he had good answers for so many questions, I even asked him some questions more then once or twice. He even got his phone out and showed us pictures, we were split between the walk in tub with those jet things that my husband wanted or the shower that was just right for our age and he had different pics that made my decision very easy. This is where I get to say the two men, Bill and my husband, are doing it my way, It was getting hard for me to climb into our tub to take a shower, mostly because I had to have back surgery. It will be so nice to see it done. Thank you Bill for being so patient with all our question. You were great. Now we wait for the next step. I'll be updating this as the work gets. This time as the shower is getting done, I want to thank Ryan for the great job, and letting me ask questions about the new shower head (which I'll have more pictures of as my cell died.) and how to turn the volve on. It was easier then it looks. He kept working at a steady pace and cleaned up to where you couldn't tell work had been done and looked like a mess. I'm so pleased with the work, and the fact I slept during a lot of the noise. ( I was sick and stayed away from work area) The room will never be as clean as he left it. So thank you Ryan for all the hard work and answering my questions. You were great. I hope you don't mind a five star rating too. You deserve it.
