BEYOND TERRIBLE! Mark Love made several egregious mistakes (not the first time) on our tax returns. His first mistake resulted in us getting a $722.27 "Failure to File" penalty from the IRS. Mark failed to tell us about this fine and when we found out about it he told us to do nothing. He failed to mention the IRS had already taken this penalty our of last year's tax overpayment.

His second mistake resulted in us getting a notice of a $483.65 "Overdue Notice" fine from the MA Department of Unemployment. Again, no explanation, no apology from Mark Love.

Then, after making a similar mistake last year, Mark Love miscalculated our estimated quarterly tax payments by more than $29,000. Because of his mistake we OVERPAID our quarterly taxes by more than $29,000.
Rather than file for a state and federal refund of our $29,000 overpayment, Mark Love wanted us to let the government keep our money (interest free) for another year to pay this year's estimated taxes.

We waited months for the Commonwealth to refund our $8,000+ overpayment and it is now December and we are STILL WAITING for the IRS to refund our more than $20,000 OVER PAYMENT.

We FIRED Mark Love...........
