When I got a Homeowner's Policy renewal with a large, unexplained increase, I asked a simple question..."Why did my rate go up so much?".

The answer I got in return was "Because we had a rate increase". Any insurance agent that would give such an idiotic answer does not deserve my business.

I cancelled my Homeowners and two car policies.
