Mallory did a great job explaining the whole buying process to us. She was responsive to our questions and quick to help us with negotiations and recommendations. We enjoyed working with her and her husband and in the future if we were to buy or sell our home we will work with her again.

Mallory did an outstanding job working with me. She was very responsive and answered all my questions throughout the process with honesty and transparency. She checked in with me via email and phone regularly for updates regarding sale of the house. Once the sale was finalized and I was given the keys, I even received a gift basket from Mal and Joel. Without hesitation I would recommend Mallory and Joel for any future real estate needs.

Mallory and Joel are the dream team!! They genuinely care about their clients and wanted to get to know us as we started our search. We enjoyed our time with Mal and Joel. They are welcoming and delightful. My husband began a bro romance with Joel after the first time they meet it was over after that! Mal and Joel were highly recommended by a friend of ours and they exceeded our expectations! They were very prompt and thorough communicators. My sister had recently passed away and I was left to sell her home and property. Mallory was invaluable in the sale of my sister's home. It was a difficult time. Mallory lead me through the process, had an educated knowledge of property values in the area and suggested a listing price. She also helped us determine what needed to be done to prepare the home to list. Joel joined her in viewing the property and his input and expertise was extremely helpful as we proceeded. We felt we could trust both Mallory and Joel to give us assistance based on their knowledge of geographical values and the current market. The house sold quickly and above asking price. My husband and I felt their advice and guidance in this process was spot on and we are so grateful! We would highly recommend them.

Mallory did an awesome job for us! She was very knowledgeable and always willing to answer our many questions. We appreciate how patient she was with our year long looking for the perfect home and, when it finally appeared on the market, she was quick to let us know and get the process going. She also did a great job getting our house we were needing to sell on the market and made the transaction smooth. Communication throughout our whole selling and buying process was very open and informative. Joel joined the process toward the end, but he seems knowledgeable and great to work with too. We very highly recommend Mallory and Joel!
