Had my worst experience with Management One after renting one of their properties for almost 7 years and was charge for unbelievable charges that did not apply to me , please be aware of this company they will Robe you with charges that don’t apply to you, I was charge almost 2000 dollars of things just because Silvio is his name, the worst person I ever known had it for me cause I world not give him a good review when 1st hired to the company, he is the reason I moved after almost 7 years, would love to talk to Ron the CEO I was told NO ! That i had to talk to Silvio, please do not rent property from them I always paid my rent on time and got treated like the worst tenant and dirty tenant, and after recommending 3 of their tenants sad to see them go too after this bad treatment and how I got robed.
