I have been struggling to find car insurance that gives me full coverage, great costumer service, and very affordable. I placed a request for a quote online and then Branden gave me a call from the Warwick office. He was very patient, kind, and educated. He helped me understand the process to switch insurances, helped me compare all the selections with Geico compared to my old insurance, and helped teach me how to quickly cancel my other insurance so I didn’t have to sit on the phone for hours. I kept the SAME coverage as my previous insurance but am now paying $200 less a month than my other insurance. Amazing! I will happily refer this office and Branden to my friends.

Awful experience, not helpful at all and worst of all the customer service was less than subpar...

I will find another insurance company that won't raise my rates considering I have a driving record with no blemishes and have been a customer for several years.

Regardless of what the market is doing, we should not be penalized for having a great driving record and paying our insurance on time.

Poor customer service and raising costs on those who pay on time and don't cost the insurance company anything except paying the monthly payment should not have their costs raised.
Unacceptable.

Readers beware of rhis business as it is full of scams.

I love Geico overall although they would be helpful to explain coverage upon the first day you change from another insurance company. Also I wish their prices were a little cheaper for an additional driver given their driving history. They are however very courteous and, flexible with payments better than most other insurance agencies.

A good insurance company. I have been locked out of my car, they came and unlocked my door and paid for it in full. Then in the same week I had a dead battery and they came to my house and installed a new one and paid for the delivery and service (I had to pay for the battery). Very good service and professional representatives. They have been there for me!
