If I could rate zero stars, I would. Worst insurance agency ever. To start, they messed up the VIN # on the policy so we had to pay extra to fix it. Then we had to call the insurance company directly to cancel the policy after 4 attempts with their employees, who didn't follow through (even after showing written proof of requests). A month after the policy was canceled, and we had received the proper refund, we got a letter in the mail from them stating that they could not cancel the policy because it was already canceled. What a joke!
