Just the best possible for over 20 years with them and Allstate. Do not plan on changing. The owners - Steve Mason & Julie Pasquin have never let us down and Ann Watson (and Sybil) before her are friendly and prompt for any insurance question or timely needs. I would give no stars if I could.

I was the victim of a hit and run and have a police report showing all the details that I was not at fault. Allstate has not processed my deductible nor provided me any support for my thousands of dollars in medical bills. When I contact the agent, I get the same run around comment. It has been 5 months since my accident. This is a TERRIBLE insurance provider.

I spoke with Kristina and she was very professional, courteous and had great customer service skills. She was very honest and prompt with getting information to me. Although I did not go with Allstate due to price (my sistuation caused price to be high) I still wanted to give 5 stars for the reasons listed above. Being friendly and honest with customer's is always great and honestly is rare with today's business's. Kristina and the agancy was very genuine. I recommend to others for the great customer service and added benefits that Allstate has to offer.
