Chose this office over the others upon moving here 7 years ago…have been with State Farm for decades. Matt sat with us and transferred all our stuff, updated it and we added a few things. Josh and Jessica are extremely personable as well as professional. We see them every year for our insurance checkup. Anytime there was a claim, absolutely no hassles and everything was explained and then handled quickly. Highly recommend!

When I say that small acts of kindness go a long way, I truly mean it. I was in a terrible car accident in 2023 with my 3yo at the time, with the at-fault driver being insured with State Farm. Since then, communication throughout the entire process has been more than hectic. However, I’d like to highlight how today, I chose to walk into a State Farm office and attempt to walk out with a resolve to the communication lag. Mrs. Jessica Russell went above and beyond in assisting me. Not only did she do what I requested, but a step further in calling to ensure the documents were received and then explained exactly what I needed to hear to give me a bit of ease. The day began with dropping my 4yo off and simply wanting to go for a walk to feel better, but I’m more than glad that I decided to stop for a smoothie afterwards and there was State Farm.
