Yesterday I reached out to Craig late in the afternoon after buying a new vehicle, asking him to add it to our policy and remove one we traded. He was very quick to reply. We spoke this morning and he got us all set.
It was great working with him on this, and look forward to continuing with Craig / Allstate as our agent .
My husband started with Allstate in 1973 and he and I have had our home and auto policies with Allstate since 1977. So, as you can see, we are very loyal and long standing customers.

I just had a wonderful experience moving to Allstate Insurance. Jillian Lockley helped me through a quote on my house, three cars and an umbrella policy. She was professional, polite and quite personable. She truly cared about me and getting me into the right policies for my individual needs. I was quite surprised at Allstate's rates, Jillian saved me several thousand dollars AND the coverages are all better than my previous insurance company. I'm so glad I made the switch and Matt and Jillian have a local office I can visit just a few miles away. I highly recommend this Allstate branch.

After not having an accident in over 30 years, I had the misfortune to have on Thanksgiving night. The next morning I called my Allstate insurance office and had the pleasure to speak to Craig Rothchild. He immediately put me at ease of filing a claim. Before he even started the filing, his first concern was to ask if everyone in the vehicle was okay.
After going through the filing of claim, he set up an appointment that day with an adjuster to get an estimate.Mr. Rothchild kept asking if I had any questions and when I wasn't sure of that he brought up the questions I didn't know I had and answered them in a way I could understand
If I ever need assistance again, and I hope I don't, I hope I get Mr. Rothschild at the other end.
